The menu is as follows…
Tamales con carne mechada y chipotle mole (DF)
A steamed cornmeal parcel filled with shredded beef and a smokey chili chocolate sauce
Tamales con espinacas y batatas con chipotle mole (V)
A steamed cornmeal parcel filled with spinach, sweet potato, cheese and a smokey chili chocolate sauce
Both dishes will be served with refried black beans, grilled corn, squash & pico de gallo salsa
Churros con cajeta Y chocolate
Crispy fried mexican donuts with caramel & chocolate dips
